Hi, I'm Logan Lauricella.

I help men and women build better physiques through structured training, individualized nutrition, and real accountability. I have over 7 years of serious training experience and a background in federal service and business, both of which shaped how I approach coaching: direct, organized, and focused on results.

I started from zero. I made every mistake in the book before I figured out what actually works. Now I compete in Classic Physique bodybuilding and coach others using the same methods that got me there.

Fitness is not complicated. The fundamentals work. What most people lack is a clear plan and the discipline to stick with it long enough to see results. That is where coaching comes in.

I still eat foods I enjoy. I still live my life. The difference is I know how to stay on track without being extreme about it. Self-control gets easier with time and structure, and that is what I help you build.
